Firecrust thrives on providing stone oven Neapolitan pizza at a very reasonable price. For only $11.95 you can get a 12 inch pizza and load it with whatever toppings you want – everything from cheeses, meats like salami and chicken, and vegetables such as sundried tomatoes, peppers and caramelized onions. If you don’t want a carb overload you can instead make a customized salad with all the same toppings. Firecrust also offers both vegan and gluten-free options.

Poketime

This would not be a list of budget lunches in Vancouver without at least one poke option. Poketime offers signature bowls between $12.95 and $13.95 or customers can customize their entire poke bowl for only $12.95. These customized bowls can include two scoops of protein, a salad or rice base, and unlimited toppings! You can decorate your bowl with everything from pineapple, seaweed salad or crab salad. Garnish the bowl off with aioli and of course some garlic or onion crunch.
