“Music venues and record shops are the backbone of our industry and have provided fans with so much entertainment over the years,” says Trail of Dead’s vocalist and songwriter, Conrad Keely, adding, “it would be a real shame if some of them have to close because of this pandemic. So if we can help them out in anyway, then it’s a no–brainer that we should.”
The Texas rock band has announced three livestreams this summer, starting with a July 31st US Live Set, followed by an August 7th UK/EU Live Set, and culminating with an August 14th In the Studio set.
For the July 31st livestream, Trail of Dead is donating 20% of ticket sales to the venues they played and were set to play in 2020. They’ve also created exclusive merchandise for the event that will become available that same day.
That means anyone who was planning to see them perform in Vancouver this year now has the chance to see them perform in real-time online while also supporting Timbre Concerts, the event promoter.
The livestream begins at 8pm CST and the price of admission is $5 US.
Tickets for the July 31st livestream are on-sale today and all participating venues are listed on the site with a direct link for each venue’s tickets. And of course, all three livestreams can be accessed via the band’s web site, direct link here.
