In the prolific 34 years that span opening for Black Flag at a middle school graduation party to 2012’s “Researching the Blues” on Merge Records, Redd Kross have charted a rock and roll journey from ahead of their time to timeless.
Formed by brothers Steve and Jeff McDonald in an LA suburb before they were even old enough to drive, their seemingly preternatural ability to connect their punk rock roots with their devoted covers and pop culture ballads has shaped and influenced all manners of underground music.
