Lifted Palates is the dinner for those who are looking to explore the
juncture between cannabis and gastronomy.
Prepared by Chef Evan Elman who will be introducing his new company Verde
Vancouver by cooking an eclectic 4-course elevated street food menu infused
with 10 to 50-mg of cannabis and CBD, depending on one’s tolerance.
After two years of research, Verde Vancouver has developed a cannabis infusion technique that is odorless and flavor free, which retains the integrity and quality of the food. They take great pride in providing a fun and unique
experience that is catered to each guest individually to ensure safety and
enjoyment.
